Account data: the name and email you provide when creating your account, plus an optional profile photo.

Usage data: the topics you study, the arguments and messages you send in debates, your quiz answers, lesson progress, and improvement metrics.

Technical data: basic information needed to operate and secure the service. We do not collect precise location data and we do not access your contacts.

We use your data to authenticate your account, personalize your exercises, measure your progress, generate and improve corrections and content, and keep the service secure.

We never sell your personal information.

To generate debate responses, corrections, and study content, your arguments and messages may be processed by third-party AI providers (for example, Anthropic and Google) under confidentiality agreements.

We do not use your personal data to train AI models. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.

We share data only with providers essential to running the service — hosting, authentication, AI providers, and payment processing — always under confidentiality agreements, or when required by law.

Your data is stored with infrastructure providers that apply industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and access controls.

You can access and correct your data in the app settings at any time.

You can also delete your account directly in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account), with no need to email us. Deletion permanently removes your personal data, debates, progress, and achievements from our systems.

Argumentia is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will communicate material changes inside the app.
